Meet our guest:

Mitul Desai is an executive coach and co-founder of a Techstars startup with unique cross-functional experience across multiple blue-chip organizations. He has experience coaching CEOs of fast-growing firms and private equity portfolio companies, as well as rising stars, investment professionals, and tech industry executives. Mitul has also designed and led several corporate workshops on workplace wellness and high-performance culture. He began his career as an intellectual property attorney, practicing at top NYC law firms and the pharmaceutical company Merck. Mitul also spent seven years in financial services, first at Piper Sandler as an equity research analyst, and later at Mastercard, leading global teams across product management, data services, and digital strategy. A strong proponent of public service, Mitul served in the Obama Administration as a Senior Adviser at the U.S. State Department, handling public-private partnerships in South Asia. He was the first person to have such a role.

Mitul has a B.A. in chemistry and philosophy from Rutgers University and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. He is a Board Member of NAMI-NYC. Mitul has been certified as both a Registered Securities Analyst and Licensed Patent Attorney.
