Marshall Goldsmith has coached over two hundred CEOs of major companies, as well NBA player Pau Gasol and the president of the World Bank. As he’s worked with all of these high capacity people, he’s also found that they suffer a common challenge – they have an “addiction to achievement” that can cause them to also spend their time and focus regretting what they haven’t yet done or what they didn’t achieve. This week on FOMO Sapiens, Marshall talks about his new book The Earned Life and shares how he works with leaders to maximize their leadership potential as well as what you can learn from all of his years of experience.
