Alexander Adams
Co-founder and Co-Owner of Varsity Headwear
Alexander is the managing director of Varsity Headwear. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business and Finance from Case Business School in London. Alexander started his career working in UHNW Private Banking in London and New York. After hustling in finance for two years, he realized that he wanted to work on something more tangible that would have a greater impact. He was quickly convinced by his brother, Sebastian, to join forces and create Varsity Headwear ten years ago. Alexander is responsible for business development and strategy, overseeing the wholesale teams, marketing, and all of the day-to-day administration responsibilities of Varsity Headwear. Alexander resides in Oslo with his wife and nine-month-old son.
Sebastian Adams
Co-founder and Co-Owner of Varsity Headwear
Sebastian is the design and commercial director of Varsity Headwear. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in product design from St. Martin’s College of Art and Design in London and a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. After completing his master’s, he began two businesses that were centered around packaging design and design consulting. Both ventures contributed to his motivation to begin Varsity, with his brother Alexander, seven years ago. Sebastian is responsible for overseeing the design and development of Varsity’s products, managing the e-commerce business, and Varsity Headwear’s retail teams. Sebastian resides in Oslo with his wife and three children.
