The world has changed since the word “COVID” has been incorporated into our vocabularies. Ingrained into our brains, changing how we did our shopping, interacted with our loved ones, and totally reshaped the working world as we know it.
Some companies were already onboard with the flexibility that remote work offered their employees and the benefits it had on optimizing processes and improving work products. Those companies were in a position to easily adapt and seamlessly transition to a redefined post-pandemic world. Others needed to quickly and thoughtfully redesign policies and procedures to reflect the new world in which we all found ourselves.
This week on the podcast, I speak with Keith Ferrazi who’s new book, Competing in the New World of Work…., discusses the benefits these new changes have had on companies, their communication, outcomes, and overall employee satisfaction.
Join Keith and me as we talk about how to be prepared to change and how to redesign your leadership style to reflect the lessons learned in a post-pandemic world.
