Caroline Merin is the founder and CEO of Olilu, a platform for parents and caregivers to access pediatric care on demand. Before founding Olilu, Caroline spent 5 years as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Rappi. Prior to that, she was an executive at Uber, where she launched Uber in Uruguay and Argentina, and later opened Uber Eats in Latin America. She was the General Manager of Uber Eats in Mexico. Before working in the tech industry, Caroline worked in Finance, first in investment banking at Credit Suisse for several years in New York, and then at Endeavor in Buenos Aires. She has an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the same university.
